Sophia Grace and Rosie threw another one of their celebrity tea parties, and their guest this time was none other than Miley Cyrus.
Their party aired on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," and it was a lot more child-friendly than Ellen's impromptu bachelorette party for Miley.
