Britney Spears has split from her fiance and former agent Jason Trawick, TMZ exclusively reports.
Jason was formerly Britney's agent and just resigned as her co-conservator. The couple were engaged in 2011.
Both released statements to People:
"Jason and I have decided to call off our engagement," Britney. "I'll always adore him and we will remain great friends."
Added Jason: "As this chapter ends for us a new one begins. I love and cherish her and her boys and we will be close forever."
Britney was previously married to Kevin Federline -- the father of her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James -- and her childhood friend Jason Alexander.
