Animal Planet has released the names, pics, and bios for the starting lineup stars in their upcoming Puppy Bowl IX, which will be held on Super Bowl Sunday, Feb. 3, from 3-5 PM (ET/PT) on the cutest network on TV.
The cable channel teams with Petfinder.com to search shelters and rescue organizations across the country and Puerto Rico for adorable players, and this year 63 homeless pooches will take the field.
Felines will have their time to shine during the Bissell Kitty Half-Time Show, and for the first time ever, hedgehog cheerleaders cheer on their faves from the sidelines.
This sounds like the awesomest thing ever ... or a really messed up acid trip.
