The sexy mother-of-one spent the weekend in the Big Easy, where she not only partied it up with Kendra Wilkinson and Audrina Patridge ... but also got some new ink!
"Got a new tattoo during half time Black out," she tweeted this morning before revealing her new tattoo on "Today."
The piece, located on top of her foot, shows a rose with vines going up her ankle.
In a photo from the tattoo artist, Dave Ball, we also get a glimpse of McCarthy without makeup ... not bad for 40, right?
