"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kim Richards had a rhinoplasty done ... and it was all caught on camera.
It was bound to happen; after all, Beverly Hills and plastic surgery go hand-in-hand -- or in last night's case -- nose-in-nose!
While nip/tucks are common among the reality star set, Kim made the decision to forego any pain medication during her recovery, due to her sobriety (she went to rehab for alcoholism last year). Not surprising, but definitely respectable!
