"Twilight" star Ashley Greene and "Cruel Intentions" hottie Ryan Phillippe were spotted leaving Vignette Lounge in the same car together on Wednesday night.
The two reportedly showed up together but attempted to make it look like they were leaving separately ... sneaking out to Ryan's car at different times.
Ashley also blocked her face with her purse from photographers once they were in the vehicle. What are you trying to hide?!
Greene was previously linked to Ryan last year and before that famously dated Joe Jonas. As for Ryan, after his divorce from Reese Witherspoon, he's been linked to Abbie Cornish, Amanda Seyfried and had a child with Alexis Knapp.
