Miley Cyrus already spilled the beans that she was Maxim's #1 on the Hot 100 -- but today, the rest of the list was revealed ... and there are a few shockers!
While no-brainers like Rihanna, Selena Gomez, Kate Upton and Mila Kunis all cracked the Top 10 (the rest of which you can see above), the magazine included some random (and hilarious) women to round out the list.
Like #79, "Today" host Hoda Kotb -- who the mag says "brightens our everyday" -- and #69, Manti Te'o's imaginary girlfriend ... who is shown as an invisible woman in a black bikini.
Other unexpected additions include Attorney General of California Kamala Harris and In-and-Out heiress Lynsi Torres.
