The Billboard Music Awards are this weekend, and while most are excited to see Top Artist nominees Justin Bieber and Adam Levine walk down the carpet, we are more excited to see the worst dressed celebs of the night!
There are always celebs who wear outfits that cry for attention. Who could forget when Britney Spears wore a mad hatter inspired outfit to the 2000 award show? We got used to seeing Jessica Simpson rock Daisy Duke shorts, so her mini dress didn't shock us -- but, the fuzzy arm bands did! Another bad look in 2000 was Mila Kunis' quilted coat.
