2010's "Insidious" was one of the best and most effective horror movies in recent memory -- but can its sequel take the scares to the next level?
The first trailer for "Insidious: Chapter 2" was just released and it certainly is packed-full of creepy imagery, baby-snatching ghosts and a few moments that will make you jump.
Rose Byrne, Patrick Wilson, Barbara Hershey and Ty Simpkins (who was great in "Iron Man 3") all return for the flick, which is once again directed by James Wan.
According to the director, this movie "plays more like a domestic thriller with supernatural elements to it" -- adding "You're not quite sure if the lead character is who he seems to be."
The movie is one of two ghost flicks Wan is releasing this year. He's also behind "The Conjuring" ... which also stars Patrick Wilson.
