Heather Locklear sat down with "Chelsea Lately" host Chelsea Handler this week -- where she got very candid about her not-so-great outing with the actor.
The turn off: Tom's "Risky Business" dance moves (yes, apparently he dances like that in real life)!

When the former "Melrose Place" star hit the club with Tom, she didn't know what to do when he started busting out those slides.
"You just kind of stand there and don't know what to do," Heather explained to Handler. "Do you dance around him? It was weird. I just sat down."
Tom and the blonde beauty only went on one date ... but who knows, maybe things would have been different if the actor saved his dance routine for Date #2!
