The adorable Vada now has an adorable girl of her own!
"My Girl's" Anna Chlumsky and husband Shaun So welcomed their daughter, Penelope Joan So, last Thursday in New York City.
The actress, who currently stars on "Veep," opens up to People about her beautiful bundle of joy. "She's a really good mix between my husband and me," she explains.
Adding, "We think she has my mouth, but it's hard to tell. Even the color of her eyes, they are different in different light. But she has a really full set of hair."
The new mom can add another achievement to her list -- this morning the actress won her first Emmy nomination for her role on TV's "Veep"!
"I'm still in shock. When I got the call I wasn't sleeping because I was breastfeeding my daughter," she says.
"It was neat because it was me and my husband and my daughter all in the room getting the news at the same time. When [my manager] told me, it was that nervous, happy, appreciative laughter. I just laughed a lot! It feels really great to have your work noticed," Anna confesses to People.
With the birth of her daughter and her first Emmy nod, Chlumsky couldn't be happier. "I'm really, really happy. I'm just smiley,” she says. “I have this new bundle of love that's now in my life. She has made my life even better."
