Lindsay Lohan is back, and looking better than ever!On Thursday, the 27-year-old made her first public appearance since leaving her 90 day stint in rehab to host E!'s "Chelsea Lately" -- and she looked amazing.
Sources close to production tell TMZ that Lohan arrived to set on time and did an awesome job during rehearsals ... and even cracked some rehab jokes!
