Kim Kardashian celebrated her 33rd birthday by getting a HUGE rock -- a new engagement ring from Kanye West!
Kanye rented out the entire AT&T baseball stadium in San Francisco, whisked her up there, blindfolded her and had Lana Del Rey's "Young and Beautiful" playing when she arrived.
He then got on one knee and proposed with a 15 carat diamond ring from Lorraine Schwartz -- a ring celebrity hairstylist Clyde Haygood shared a photo of on Instagram (above).
Kim also posted a shot of her own (below), along with the message "YES!!!!"

This will be Kim's third marriage. She was previously married to Kris Humphries for 72 days ... and was hitched to Damon Thomas from 2000-2004.
Speaking of Humphries, the ring on the right is the one he gave Kim when they were together.
He reportedly dropped $2 mil on the sparkler, also from Lorraine Schwartz. That ring was set with a 16.21-carat diamond and flanked on both sides with a trapeze-cut diamond, each weighing an additional 1.80 carats. That puts Humphries' ring at almost 20 carats.
Kris just sold the ring at auction for over $600,000.
