It's Kelly Osbourne's 29th birthday today!
The "Fashion Police" cohost looks better than ever -- she's totally transformed her look from those days of scary hair, makeup and behavior.
The British cutie shot to fame with the MTV reality TV show "The Osbournes," which aired from 2002-2005. The phenomenon documented the Osbourne family -- Ozzy, Sharon, Jack and Kelly -- and their dysfunctional, yet close-knit relationships.
During and after the show, Kelly landed in rehab for a prescription painkiller addiction and dabbled in music and acting. She eventually got it together and landed a spot on "Dancing with the Stars," which helped her shed some major pounds.
Today, Kelly is engaged to chef Matthew Mosshart and has cemented a style evolution from punk rock train-wreck to sophisticated fashion maven. Check out her amazing slim style in the gallery above!
