Beyonce and Solange's mom turned heads last night in NYC -- where she showed off her new look at Gabrielle's Angel Foundation's Angel Ball.
Sporting a skin-tight dress that would look great on Bey, Tina definitely looked like she dropped some weight between Tuesday night and the 2012 carpet for the same event (left).
She was also rocking a sleek new 'do and was joined with a new man by her side!
The House of Dereon owner was spotted on the arm of actor Richard Lawson, who starred in "Poltergeist" and on the original "V" miniseries.
Tina filed for divorce from Matthew Knowles in 2009 after Matthew had an affair that led to the birth of a child. The couple's divorce was finalized in 2011.
