Oops, she did it again!
Britney Spears almost had a major wardrobe malfunction on Saturday during her "Piece of Me" show at Planet Hollywood -- and it was all caught on camera!
In the video, the back of her dress flies open as she performs her mega-hit, "Circus." The songstress clearly knows that she's about to lose her top because she looks panicked as she continues to move across the stage.
One of the singer's dancers quickly grabs the back of the dress and starts to button her back up.
We have to give Britney some credit -- she didn't miss a beat during her dress disaster!
