Jordin Sparks didn't get that engagement ring she's patiently waiting for this Christmas ... but boyfriend Jason Derulo still did a pretty good job with her gift!
He got her a new car instead.
"I still can't believe it! He surprised me on Christmas but I wanted to make sure I wasn't dreaming before I posted it," Sparks tweeted last night -- showing off a photo of her new BMW.
"Thank you so much @jasonderulo! I love you baby! Omg omg omg," she added.
Sparks told toofab that the two would be celebrating the holidays with her family this year and she had no idea what to get him as a gift. Wonder if she topped this?
When asked what she thought about a Christmas proposal, the "American Idol" winner definitely wasn't against the idea.
"We are in such a good place right now. That would be beautiful," she tells toofab. "But I'll be happy and in tears no matter when it happens."
No ring, but a set of keys is a pretty nice consolation prize, right?
