Emma Watson is starting the New Year as a single lady!
The "Harry Potter" star split with her longtime beau Will Adamowicz.
"Emma and Will separated last summer and are no longer in touch," the actress' rep told the U.K.'s The Mirror. The cause of the couple's split is not yet known.
The two met as students at Oxford University in 2011. They were last seen together in London in November.
The actress is notoriously tight-lipped about her personal life. However, she opened up about relationships in an interview in the October 2012 issue of Glamour UK.
"I wish someone had told me at 15: 'You accept the love that you think you deserve.' I would have approached my relationships completely differently if they had," the brunette beauty told the mag. "I like this idea of quality control – that we don't have to accept just anyone into our lives. People talk about love as though it just happens to you – as though you're a victim in it all, when actually you can make good choices and bad. But women have a natural tendency to want to nurture and take care of men. I tend to date people who are quite introspective. I like deep thinkers."
