Hilary Duff has called it quits with her husband Mike Comrie.
After three years of marriage, the actress and the former NHL player have broken up, according to E! News.
"Hilary Duff and husband Mike Comrie have mutually decided to an amicable separation," Duff's rep said in a statement. "They remain best friends and will continue to be in each other's lives. They are dedicated to loving and parenting their amazing son, and ask for privacy at this time."
She also just tweeted the following statement, with Mike by her side.

The estranged couple, who married on Aug.14, 2010, have a son together, Luca Cruz Comrie.
The split comes as a bit of a shock because there was no evidence of any trouble between them.
The pair was spotted together at a park in Los Angeles this week and spent New Year's Eve together (as seen above). They also shared snapshots via Instagram of a trip to Disneyland with their little one last month.
And Duff was even seen wearing her wedding ring as recently as Tuesday (below).
