The 19-year-old reality TV star hit the beach to play some basketball, badminton and football with a hot guy by her side today in Los Angeles -- where Courtney showed off her own end zone in a very skimpy black bikini.
It's clear this guy is a lot younger than her 53-year-old ex, Doug Hutchison, but who is he?
We've confirmed his name is Ray Richard, an aspiring actor and model from Detroit.
And this wasn't their first date. The two were also photographed shopping for Christmas trees together back in December and they've gone out a few times since.
Sources tell toofab that they "aren't exclusive" and she's been dating "a bunch" of guys since her split from Doug.
Earlier this week, Courtney was spotted out with producer/talent manager David Weintraub. No word on if he was one of the other guys she's dating ... or if it was just a business dinner.
