Shanna Moakler is putting her curves on display -- showing off her physique in one skimpy monokini months after undergoing liposuction.
The former Miss USA looked sexy as she filmed scenes for the upcoming season of VH1's reality TV show "Hollywood Exes" in Hawaii on Sunday, slipping into a a swimsuit that showed off both her tummy and cleavage.
This is the first time we've seen Moakler sporting a bathing suit out in public since getting lipo on her stomach, arms and chin last fall.
"I have a C-scar and I kind of just had a pooch that was over it that I couldn't get it back to where I wanted it," Shanna said of her procedure. "I think this worked like a charm."
The 38-year-old model underwent airbrush laser liposuction, a procedure that melts fat and doesn't involve needles or stitches.
