Ed Sheeran just did something really unexpected: He covered Beyonce.
The red-headed rocker sang an acoustic version of Beyonce's "Drunk in Love" on Thursday for an appearance on the "Elvis Duran and the Morning Show" -- and as far as we're concerned, this is the best rendition yet!

The "A Team" singer even remixes the song by adding in a couple lines from Beyonce's "1+1" track. It's adorable, fun, and far tamer than Kanye's not--so-safe-for-work version!
