Miranda Lambert is looking healthier and hotter than ever!
The country cutie is gracing the cover of the June issue of Women's Health magazine, where she opens up about her post-weight loss plans, her favorite body part and her guilty pleasure.
The 30 year-old, who first flaunted her super-fit figure at the 47th annual Country Music Awards, is determined to maintain her slender physique and won't let the number on the scale intimidate her.
"The scale is something that can be your worst enemy when you're trying to lose weight or gain weight or whatever you're trying to do to get comfortable. I usually just judge by my clothes," she tells the mag. "I would say don't get caught up on the scale because you can really get focused on that and it can make you in a bad mood really quickly."
Instead of focusing on a specific number, Mrs. Blake Shelton chooses to focus on her fitness goal and doesn't let a few splurges spoil her day.
"It's really easy to gain weight and it's really hard to lose weight, so just staying focused, and through the holidays not getting off track, you know, I had to really stay focused," she explains. "If I ate bad in the morning, I tried to do better at night, or vice versa. Just not blowing it all day long, ever day."
Despite doing her best to stay on track, the blonde beauty has no qualms about indulging in her guilty food pleasure every once in awhile.
"My guilty pleasure is, well, some people would say it could be music or whatever, but mine is definitely food, and it's mostly Cheetos."
Aside from a few savory setbacks, the country superstar is enjoying her fit figure.
"I guess, if I had to say the favorite part about my new body would probably be my arms. I always struggled with having big arms, so having smaller arms, more toned is definitely a plus."
Watch out Michelle Obama, Miranda's coming for your toned arm title!
