The blonde beauty attended Forbes Women's Summit: The Entrepreneurship of Everything, in New York City on Thursday.
Sporting a black long-sleeved, velvet gown, the mother-of-two looked a far cry from her usual bright self. Simpson finished her Medieval-inspired look with matching metal bracelets and styled her hair straight for the event.
While we think Jess' hair and makeup look on-point, the dress really isn't the right style for the Spring season.
