Cameron Diaz is off the market ... again!
The 41-year-old actress is dating Benji Madden, a source revealed to Us Weekly.
"The Other Woman" star has been spotted spending quality time (and gym time!) with the Good Charlotte guitarist.
"They've spent a lot of time at Cameron's house," one source told People. "Cameron seems very happy with Benji. He is the nicest guy and treats her like a lady."
"They seemed very friendly," adds another source of a recent gym outing. "And they looked like they were trying to avoid [being seen outside], but Cameron was super friendly with other people [at the gym]. She even taught a girl how to use one of the arm weight machines."
So, how did the pair meet? Cameron and Benji have Nicole Richie to thank for the introduction. (The "Candidly Nicole" star has been married to Benji's brother, Joel Madden, since December 2010).
"Nicole thought they'd click," a source told Us.
This is the first high-profile relationship for Diaz since she split from New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez back in September 2011. Her other exes include Justin Timberlake and Jared Leto. Madden was previously linked to Paris Hilton.
