The "High School Musical" alum posted a photo on Instagram Wednesday, showing off her toned tummy in a gray and black tie-dye Nike sports bra.
"Oh snap hard work paying off #abs #fitnessfreak #healthylife #hustlin'," she wrote along with the sexy selfie.
The fresh faced actress, who's an avid fan of yoga and SoulCycle, looked like she came straight from her workout -- and she looks amazing!
The 25-year-old also stays in shape with the help of ropes and hoops. Last month, she shared a video of herself executing some rather difficult-looking spins while strategically wrapped up in the big ribbon-reminiscent silk rope that professionals call a hammock.
"You spin me right round baby right round," she captioned the clip. Just look at her go!
With results like this, maybe we should try her workout routine.
