Rocking a slinky white vintage Calvin Klein maxi dress, sans bra, a gold Saint Laurent chain belt and rhinestone encrusted Christian Louboutin pumps, the 28-year-old looked picture perfect for the white-themed bash.
The "Canyons" star finished her look with side-swept curls, tear-drop diamond earrings and gold bangle bracelets.
It also looks like the red-headed beauty has been sticking to her sobriety.
Not only did Lindsay look happy and healthy at the event, she's also set to star in the revival of David Mamet's Hollywood parody "Speed-the-Plow," which will premiere in London this September.
