Taylor Swift's got heart of gold!
The country cutie stopped by Boston's Children's Hospital on Sunday, where she serenaded a little boy named Jordan.

The 24-year-old played "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" for the adorable little guy. Jordan even sang along with the blonde beauty and it definitely looked like the "Red" singer made his day.
This isn't the first time Taylor has surprised her fans. Last July, the blonde beauty stopped by the Philadelphia Children's Hospital, where she posed for pictures with the various patients.
