The "Jersey Shore" star -- who welcomed her daughter Meilani in July -- looked refreshed as she hit the streets of New York on Monday.

Rocking black pleather leggings, a light blue Chanel-printed tank, a black leather jacket and sky-high stilettos, the reality star flaunted her amazing post-baby bod as she ran errands in the city.
The 28-year-old also showed off her lighter locks, sporting a brand new ombre 'do.
