Wilmer Valderrama is declaring his love for Demi Lovato!
In a rare show of PDA, the "That 70's Show" alum took to Twitter to wish his rumored girlfriend a happy birthday.
"Wishing you happy birthday would never come close to all the inspiring things I wish for your life," he wrote along with a pic of the couple wearing matching holiday, penguin-covered hoodies.
"We laugh our asses off," he continued. "While we do all we can to better everything around us.. Love you through all."
The "Heart Attack" singer and the actor first hooked up in 2010. The duo split and started seeing each other again the following year, but they've been very private about their rekindled romance.
While the pair usually stays mum about their relationship, they've become more open in recent months.
Valderrama made a surprise appearance in Demi's "Really Don't Care" music video, which features the couple cozying up to each other at the L.A. Gay Pride Parade in West Hollywood.
Lovato also shared a special birthday message for her beau back in January, describing him as "the funniest, most inspiring, incredible man I know."
