It's been a krazy year for the Kardashians!
In the new sneak peek of "Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons," Scott Disick lands himself in the hospital after taking too many pills, while Khloe Kardashian shows some major PDA with her new beau, rapper French Montana.

We're definitely looking forward to the spinoff ... especially since Kim Kardashian's wedding storyline is finally in the past.

We also saw on the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" finale that Scott has been dealing with depression since losing his parents earlier this year. And if we had to guess, being back in the Hamptons without his mother and father (who lived there) probably played a big part in his substance abuse problems.
But Kourt is not having it -- telling him to sober up or get out!
It also looks like Khloe's getting pretty serious with French -- and she's not afraid to flaunt their budding romance on the series!

And then there's Kim, who gets completely cussed out by her own BFF, Jonathan Cheban.
