The 45-year-old actress stepped out on the red carpet on Wednesday to celebrate her friend Carolina Herrera, who was honored with the 2014 Couture Council Award at a luncheon held at Lincoln Center in New York City.
The blonde beauty looked stunning in a red Carolina Herrera kimono-sleeve dress, accented with a red leather belt. She paired the elegant ensemble with tri-color Christian Louboutin pumps and a messy top knot.
Renee has gotten flack in the past for some rumored plastic surgery, but we think she looks strikingly similar to the way she looked in "Jerry McGuire."

Zellweger is currently filming "The Whole Truth" and is set to reprise her role as Bridget Jones in a third movie.
