Anyone hoping for a "Bridesmaids 2" is about to be very disappointed.
During an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," Kristen Wiig revealed that there will not be a sequel to the hilarious flick.
"Bridesmaids, of course, is like one of my favorite movies of all time.. of all time," Ellen told the actress. "Now I think I talked about this on the show, I'm responsible for many ticket sales because I talked about it a lot. I raved about it. I mentioned to many people that I want to be in the sequel. I still have not received the script ... will there be a second Bridesmaids?"
"Oh, god. Wow you're really putting me on the spot here," the "Saturday Night Live" alum said. "I mean you wrote it. So write another one," the talk show host declared.
"Yes. We were not planning on .. we are writing something else. That's very different," Wiig revealed.
Say it ain't so!
And while that is some sad, sad news, Kristen and Ellen found a way to cheer us up after -- by singing a ridiculous rendition of "Let It Go" from "Frozen."
The two aimed to make one of the worst videos out there with their performance ... and they may have succeeded, albeit hilariously. Check out the clip above!
