The women of "American Horror Story: Freak Show" looked freakin' amazing last night.
Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Emma Roberts, Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, Gabourey Sidibe, Frances Conroy all hit the red carpet for the premiere at the TCL Chinese Theater on Sunday, where the first episode of the new season was screened for the cast, crew and some very lucky fans.
The stars of the show -- including dapper dudes like Denis O'Hare, Michael Chiklis, Evan Peters and Wes Bentley -- were also joined at the event by some familiar faces from one of creator Ryan Murphy's other series.
"Glee" alums Lea Michele, Jane Lynch, Chord Overstreet, Kevin McHale all showed their support for Murphy by attending as well.
But there was one "AHS" regular who really stole the show, thanks to her dramatic dress and her almost unrecognizable appearance.
Naomi Grossman, who plays "pinhead" Pepper on the freaky FX series, looked like a totally different person in an extremely revealing gown with sheer sides. The actress was still sporting a buzzed head, as the show is still filming in Louisiana.
As Pepper, Grossman goes through quite the makeup process -- a process that includes fake ears, full forehead, nose and eyebrow prosthetics and false teeth.
Check out another photo of Naomi on the carpet in the gallery above and get a better look at what her face looks like in real life!
"American Horror Story: Freak Show" premieres October 8 on FX.
Still need to catch up on "American Horror Story: Coven"? That lands on home video Tuesday, October 7.
