Can it be May 2015 already?!?
Though it was supposed to premiere during next week's "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," the first trailer for Marvel's "Age of Ultron" leaked online earlier today -- so, Marvel, being amazing, decided to release the HD version for us all a little bit early.
The footage gives us our first glimpse at quite a few versions of the title baddie, Ultron, as he goes from the creepy (and nightmare-inducing) prototype to a smooth, finished product. Voiced by James Spader, the robot has quite the menacing voice -- and appears to have Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch on his side for some of the film.
That's one powerful trio.
As for our favorite band of superheroes, they appear to be spread out all over the place -- with some shots of Tony Stark battling The Hulk in his Hulkbuster armor.
At the end of the trailer we also get a brief glimpse of Thor on the ground and Captain America's shield all busted up. While it packs a punch, it's nothing compared to what fans at Comic-Con saw from that scene earlier this year. The extended version showed Tony walking among the bodies of his seemingly dead comrades.
The film opens May 1, 2015. We're SO ready.
