Demi Lovato loves to break a sweat, and she isn't afraid to show it!
The "Heart Attack" singer took to Instagram to share a post-workout selfie, after a very intense SoulCycle session on Monday.
"Medicine for my soul. #soulcycle #nomakeup also still sweating after 15 minutes... #healthyliving #demiworldtour," she captioned the fresh-faced pic.
The 22-year-old pop star is currently on the North American leg of her "Demi World Tour," but she still has time to slip in a workout.
Lovato flaunted her toned physique on the red carpet just a few weeks ago at Vevo's Superfanfest. She sported a hot pink crop top and matching skirt that showed off all of her hard work.
We love to see the starlet all done up, but we think she's equally beautiful going au naturel!
