The reality star -- who gave birth in July -- has definitely been embracing motherhood. Farley's entire Instagram account is devoted to new pics of Meilani.
Last week, the 28-year-old shared one hilarious pic of her baby girl making a pouty face while wearing a T-shirt that read, "Just Chillin.'"
