Incredibly sad news today, as Diem Brown has passed away after a long battle with cancer.
The MTV reality star and cancer advocate, who found fame on "The Real World/Road Rules Challenge" died Friday morning in New York City. She was 32.
Brown was recently diagnosed with colon cancer after beating ovarian cancer twice.
Diem was strong until the end, tweeting about her determination on Tuesday. "I NEED PRAyErs and advice my doctors are seemingly giving up but I won't & can't rollover. Whatever option I have to LIVE I'm grabbing," she wrote.
Just last week, Diem's longtime love Chris "CT" Tamburello chose Brown as his "Woman Crush Wednesday on Instagram. "Your smile can change the world. It's not the other way around," he wrote, along with a photo of her big grin.
Back in September, he shared another photo of her in her hospital bed ... the two holding hands as he slept by her bedside. "Sometimes just being there for someone can be the difference between a good and bad day," he captioned the photo.
