Let them eat cake!
Kim Zolciak's twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren Biermann celebrated their first birthdays on Monday -- and it sure looked like they enjoyed it.
The "Don't Be Tardy" star took to Instagram to share some sweet snapshots from the bday bash, writing, "Kaia and Kane's 1st taste of cake today!! Thank you soooo much @joshuajohnrussell these smash cakes were perfect!!! You kill it every time!!! #youtouchitfirstkane #idontwanttogetmyhandsdirty #diva."
In the pic, the tiny tots are sitting in front of their cakes, right before the smashing began. Kaia looks adorable in a tutu and a tiny crown while her brother looks like a king in a large crown and a white tie.

The proud mama also posted a video to celebrate the twins' milestone.
"Wow my twins are 1yrs old today. I can't believe it!! It seems like just yesterday I told Dr. Hood I feel different this pregnancy I couldnt stay awake. seriously though and he did an ultrasound and BAAM 2 sacs!!! I couldn't believe it!!!" she wrote.

The 36-year-old reality star refers to her big family as the "Biermann Bunch" -- cute, right?
