The fashion mogul was spotted on vacation in St. Barts, showing off her growing baby bump in a skin-tight mini dress as she played in the water.
The designer's currently on vacation with her family, in addition to ex-hubby Russell Simmons.
This will be Kimora and hubby Tim Leissner's first baby together, and the fourth child for the 39-year-old beauty -- she has one child with ex Djimon Hounsou and two with Russell.
The model and her investment banker beau tied the knot last February, and it looks like she's still on great terms with her ex, Russell, too!
Simmons even broke the news when Kimora and Tim secretly wed! "All of us love @OfficialKimora but the fact is she is happily married," he tweeted at the time. "Tim has been family for a while now."
Talk about one big, happy blended family!
