"Teen Mom" couple Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra welcomed their second baby girl together on Thursday at 3:15 PM, the child weighing in at 6 pounds 12 ounces and measuring 19.5 inches.
Catelynn's fiance broke the news on Twitter, chronicling the labor with a series of tweets that ended with the first photo of the little one ... a girl they named Nova Reign.
"IT'S HAPPENING! Here we go, doing this all over again," Baltierra tweeted. "This is surreal, I'm freakin out a little lol but can't wait to meet my little angel! Thinking a lot about Carly right now. It's bringing me back. Even though I know this time I will actually be taking her home. I love my girls! #CantWait #Nervous #Excited #Scared #Happy"
While this is the couple's second baby, Nova is the first one they're going to parent. On "16 & Pregnant," the two decided to give their first child, Carly, up for adoption -- though they still have a relationship with the girl and her adoptive parents.
"OMG guys, my daughter is BEAUTIFUL! #StillCantBelieveIt #ShesPerfect," he later added before posting the photo above on Instagram.
"Momma Bear holding our little angel! Can't tell you the feeling of witnessing this," he added. "Look at my beautiful bride to be! That woman is beyond strong, caring, and selfless. Couldn't have asked for a better little family #Blessed#NewYearBaby #MyGirls #AreMyWorld"
