It seems the 34-year-old beauty and the couple's kids -- Jack, 7, Benjamin, 5, and Vivian, 2 -- were good luck charms for the veteran quarterback.
The kiddos were all sporting their own "Brady" jerseys to support their dad!
With last night's win over the Indianapolis Colts, Tom and the Patriots will be heading to the Super Bowl on February 1 to compete for the title against the Seattle Seahawks.
