The 45-year-old stepped out in a tiny bikini and flaunted her age-defying physique while vacationing in Tulum, Mexico for her birthday over the weekend.
The "Boogie Nights" star, who celebrated the big 4-5 last Thursday, looked just as good as she did 18 years ago when she played Roller Girl in the famous flick.
Sporting a pink tribal print bikini, sunglasses and a floppy straw hat, she enjoyed the exotic locale with a hunky piece of man candy by her side.
No word on who her mystery man is, but the two look pretty cozy together!
And while she looks amazing, the actress' recent work has found her playing more mom roles than the bombshells she played when she was younger.
"I'm just glad to be working. I'm not actually a mom in real life, so it's fun to pretend to be one," she told Esquire last year. "I like to approach things the same in art as in life. You can choose to look on the positive side and enjoy whatever roles you're given. You can find the silver lining in anything."
