The brunette beauty attended the annual Vienna Opera Ball in Vienna, Austria on Thursday, where she looked like she was having a ton of fun on the dance floor. A little too much fun.
Rocking a red strapless gown, gold heels and wearing her hair in loose waves, the 36-year-old beauty stunned at the event -- but, it looks like the actress' dress didn't fit quite right in her bust!
While on the dance floor, George Clooney's ex and recent newlywed popped right out of the corset of her gown, exposing her nipple right in front of photographers.
Elisabetta quickly covered up and continued to dance the night away with Austrian actor Richard Siegfried Lugner.
Aside from her wardrobe malfunction, Canalis looked gorgeous at the ball -- and it also seemed like the model didn't let the embarrassing moment ruin her night.
This is the same event where Kim Kardashian suffered an embarrassing moment of her own, after another guest showed up to the party dressed as Kanye West in blackface.
