Kim Zolciak-Biermann is going au naturel ... kind of.
The 36-year-old reality star took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a makeup-free selfie, showing off her flawless skin while in the car.
"Beauty comes from within...." the mother of six wrote.
"My baby is sick heading to doctor... been up most of the night NO MAKEUP NO CARES but my [baby emoji],” she captioned the pic. “#DontStartYourSh**SayingIHaveMakeupOn #HaventBrushedMyTeethOrWashedMyFace #ICantDealWithMyBabiesBeingSick."
While she claims she isn't wearing a stitch of face paint, we think there may be some blush going on there.
The former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star looks better than ever now, even after giving birth to six kids – though she has been criticized for some of her slim selfies.
And while she's focusing on her family (and her Instagram page) right now, Kim's also teaming up with NeNe Leakes for a new reality TV show that will follow the two on a road trip across the US.
The "Simple Life"-esque show doesn't have a premiere date just yet – but we're already excited about it!
