Most of the world has already reacted to Caitlyn Jenner's Vanity Fair cover, but there's still one person we were waiting to hear from: Her mom!
Esther Jenner finally speaks out about Caitlyn's very glamorous debut -- and it sounds like she has nothing but words of praise!
"She's beautiful!", the 88-year-old gushes in an interview with Access Hollywood.
But her child's appearance didn't come as a shock to the matriarch, as Esther actually met Caitlyn for the first time a week prior to her big cover debut!
"I was there last week, well actually, I got home a week and a half ago. And I met Caitlyn. She is... so much more at ease," she reveals.
Ester also reveals she's still having a little bit of a hard time doing away with the birth name she's been calling her child for 65 years.
"I still have to call him Bruce. His father and I named him that," she explained. "It's going to be a struggle for me to get used to the change, but happily so. I'm very happy for him – or her!"
Annie Leibovitz shot the cover for Caitlyn's big debut, and many have already pointed out that the star bares a striking resemblance to Jessica Lange!
The "American Horror Story" star responded to the comparison's and thought they were "wonderful." However, Ester thinks Caitlyn is keeping her looks in the Jenner family!
"You know who she reminds me of, my granddaughter Samantha. There is a lot of Sam!" she said of Caitlyn's niece.
