Kim Zolciak is setting the record straight about plastic surgery ... again!
The Bravolebrity took to Twitter to deny a recent report that claimed "top doctors" had come to the conclusion she'd gotten "a full facelift."
"This is ridiculous! Top doctors my ass," she wrote in response. "I have not had surgery on my face period!!!!"
In the past, the "Don't Be Tardy" star shut down rumors that she had gotten a nose job by posting a side-by-side pic with her baby daughter Kaia and her 18-year-old daughter Brielle, who all share a similar schnoz.
"I guess we have ALL had nose jobs #GTFOH," she captioned the three-shot, adding the hashtag that means "Get the F**k Out of Here."
While the reality star's nose may look different because of the magic of makeup contouring, she's no stranger to going under the knife to improve her bod.
The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" favorite got a tummy tuck last year, but she made it clear she was in good shape before the surgery.
"Just so you guys are aware of how fabulous I was before my tummy tuck! This picture on the left was taken a few months after I had the twins and before surgery! A plastic surgeon is NOT the cure all," she said back in October.
"I had a hernia I needed repaired as well as my muscles so don't get it twisted for you lazy asses that sit on the couch And think I look this good from a surgeon you are now set straight! enjoy!! Take a look at the placement of my Belly button before and after! I gotta give it to @drhochstein he gave me a cute belly button," she added.
Kim doesn't think doctors should get all the credit for her slim post-baby bod though. "My surgeon didn't change my size, I'm the same size 4 I have always been, YES bitches I'm a size 4, he simply fixed my hernia, repaired my muscles and gave me the most incredible set of tatas EVER!" she wrote in an Instagram post last month.
One thing that the mother-of-six is open about is her love of wigs. While she usually sports a synthetic hair piece, she shared a pic of her natural 'do on Tuesday.
"Real hair don't care," she wrote. "I love my hair but a wig is so much easier for me! They can be curled off my head and just put on and I'm ready to roll! Be on the look out my extension line coming soon #GoBig #SpendingTimeWithKiddosIsWayBetterThenDoingMyHair #ChooseYourTimeWisely."
