We can already hear those wedding bells!
"Teen Mom" star Tyler Baltierra took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a sweet snap with fiancee Catelynn Lowell outside their wedding venue.
"It's so exciting finalizing our wedding plans! Thanks to Johanna & @castlefarms for helping us make this special day perfect, we are so excited! #10weeksToGo #10YearsStrongTogether," Baltierra captioned the sweet candid.
In the photo, the cute couple look head-over-heels as they pose in front of Castle Farms in Charlevoix, Michigan. Caitlynn's rocking a casual black quarter-length T-shirt while Tyler's matching his bride-to-be in a fitted black shirt.
Tyler also shared a second shot with his longtime love outside the venue, overlooking the Castle Farms grounds.
"Spent the evening adventuring with my Babe! I gotta tell ya, being loved by this woman is a true gift & I am the luckiest man in the world to be able to spend the rest of my life with her #MyBabe #LoveHer," he posted with the PDA pic.
Tyler and Catelynn first found fame on the MTV series, when they decided to put their first child together, Carly, up for adoption.
The pair welcomed their second baby girl together, Nova Reign, in January and broke the big news on Twitter.
"IT'S HAPPENING! Here we go, doing this all over again," Baltierra tweeted at the time. "This is surreal, I'm freakin out a little lol but can't wait to meet my little angel! Thinking a lot about Carly right now. It's bringing me back. Even though I know this time I will actually be taking her home. I love my girls! #CantWait #Nervous #Excited #Scared #Happy," he shared with his followers.
