Deena Nicole Cortese is proud of her body!
The "Jersey Shore" alum took to Instagram on Thursday to show off her bikini bod and to send a special message to her fans about being comfortable in their skin.
"To all the girls that think you're ugly because you're not a size 0' you're the beautiful ones..society is ugly #BeProudOfWhoYouAre @cbuckner_," she captioned the photo.
In one half of the side-by-side shot, the 28-year-old poses with boyfriend Chris Buckner as she dons a purple bikini. On the other, Deena gives us a close up, this time in a chevron print two-piece.
We love the body positive message behind her post!
Just last month, Deena reunited with her MTV costars for a special occasion -- JWoww's wedding celebration!
Bride-to-be Jenni Farley, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Sammi "Sweatheart" Giancola and Deena all took photos together at the the event, where Jwoww revealed that her former housemates would all be bridesmaids in the wedding.
We can't wait for those pictures.
