It takes more than a little work to keep these bods in shape.
Due to their size and unique body types, the stars of "Little Women: LA" face a number of challenges and workarounds when it comes to working out.
"It's very challenging to maintain your figure, especially when you are restricted to a low impact workout," Terra Jole tells toofab. "I just really try to watch my diet. I love Zumba, you'll see me at local Zumba classes, as well as pushing the stroller on the side of the road."
The reality TV star gave birth to her first child last year and recently tied the knot, so losing that baby weight was definitely on her mind.
"Portion control is huge for me," she adds. "If I just have less, I feel like I'll be O.K. About the size of a kids meal, it should be sufficient for my body."
Elena Gant admits she's "kinda lazy" when it comes to workouts, revealing that she can't really run or jump. For her, it's all about self control.
"I love chocolate, usually if I eat it in the morning, I'm not allowed to touch it until the next day," she says. "I can eat anything, but limited."
As for Christy McGinity-Gibel, who was on a mission to lose weight before her wedding last season, she tells us she's "fluffy" and proud.
"I'd like to be skinny like the other girls, but I'm happy with who I am," she exclaims. "I'm happy in my skin!"
